Innovative Medical, Inc. was founded squarely on the business principals of our parent company. Strong work ethics, team work, and determination to do as we say has built an unmatched reputation for over thirty-five years in other industries.

Innovative Medical, Inc. is a medical contract manufacturer that is dedicated to exceeding your expectations for your most challenging manufacturing requirements. Our affiliate company, Youngquist Brothers, Inc., has had a CNC machine shop since 1982. With the conception of Innovative Medical, Inc., significant financial and management commitments were made to assure that quality and deliverability were engineered in our services right from the start. Innovative Medical’s initial equipment inventory included the following: twenty CNC machines (8-axis mill-turn centers, 13-axis Swiss machines, turn & burn EDM), a class # 10,000 clean room, metrology equipment (multi sensor, vision scope, and CMM), and various other auxiliary pieces of equipment.

These commitments were made before a single order was accepted. Our philosophy is to earn your business one day at a time and we pride ourselves on telling it like it is. These commitments demonstrate our dedication to achieving the goal we have set for ourselves of exceeding our customer’s expectations.
